Looking for a Node.js expert who knows how to create microservices with high-quality in the shortest time possible. We have 30 days to create over 100 so we need some great developers on this project! After the 30 days, we’ll still need 1 full-time Node.js expert to keep the project going.

The right person for this job should be able to quickly look up documentation for an integration and get the app done quickly. If you’re slow and you like to take your time with what you do, this is not  the right position for you.

Must Have:
– Node.js Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js, asynchronous programming, promises, and event loop management.
– Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices design, development, and deployment principles.
– API Skills: Experienced in crafting RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
– DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD practices, particularly in Google Cloud environments.
– Efficiency & Delivery: Capable of rapid understanding and swift development; must contribute to over 100 microservices within a tight one-month deadline.
– Security Practices: Proficient in API security, including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
– Scalability & Performance: Skill in developing scalable, high-performance code.
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex requirements.
– Workload: Seeking 3 candidates: one full-time, one part-time (~20 hrs/week), and one on a project basis.
– Quality Standards: Exceptional code quality with rigorous documentation and testing standards.

Nice to Have:
– Database Knowledge: Experience with PostgreSQL and Firebase; proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
– GCP Familiarity: Experience with Google Cloud Functions and other GCP services like Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Firestore, or Cloud SQL.
– GraphQL Knowledge: Understanding of GraphQL is advantageous.
– Availability: No strict time zone requirements, but must be available for daily screenshare/video conference if hired on an hourly basis. Project-based roles have flexible hours, provided deadlines and quality standards are met.
– AI API Knowledge: We’re AI Experts ourselves so we’re not looking for you to be our AI expert, but if you have enough knowledge to quickly set up a lot of AI-integrations, that’s a plus.
