Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled JavaScript developer with specific expertise in Vue.js and Node.js to advance our partially developed web application. The candidate must be adept at refining existing features, implementing new functionality, and ensuring a seamless transition from a no-code backend to a custom Node.js implementation, with Supabase integration and Snipcart as the chosen shopping cart solution.

Project Status
The project is under development with Vue.js 3, utilizing the Composition API.
A no-code backend is currently in place and requires upgrading.
Snipcart has been selected as the shopping cart platform.

Completion Goals

Vue.js Proficiency:
Deep familiarity with Vue.js 3 and the Composition API to build upon and optimize the existing frontend.
Snipcart Integration:
Must have hands-on experience with integrating and customizing Snipcart within Vue.js applications.

API Development:
Capability to create and evolve API endpoints for a seamless frontend-to-backend interaction.

Backend and Database Transition:
Transition the current backend to a bespoke Node.js solution.
Implement Supabase as the backend database, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Deployment and Version Control:
Proficient with GitHub for source control management and collaborative development.
Experienced in deploying applications through Netlify, with a focus on continuous deployment workflows.
AI API Acquaintance:

Prior involvement with AI APIs like ChatGPT, Mistral, or Cohere is an advantage, aligning with our vision for potential AI-enhanced features.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$50.00
