While our regular Shopify operations run smoothly for direct sales, we need an expert to streamline our consignment process. This involves automating the entire workflow from receiving used bags from customers, evaluating and pricing them, listing them in our online shop, to finally paying out the former owner once the item is sold.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Analyze and understand our current consignment process and identify opportunities for automation.
– Integrate and automate various systems and tools we are currently using, including but not limited to:
– **Pipedrive** (CRM)
– **Make** (formerly Integromat)
– **Konfipay**
– **Lexoffice** (Accounting)
– **Flixcheck**
– **Shopify**
– Incorporate WhatsApp for customer communication along with email.
– Ensure seamless data flow and integration between all systems to reduce manual effort and errors.
– Provide recommendations for alternative software or tools if they offer better usability and integration capabilities.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the automation process.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
– Proven experience in business process automation, particularly in e-commerce settings.
– Proficiency in CRM and API integrations.
– Strong knowledge of the following programs and their integration, or expertise in alternative programs that offer similar functionality:
– **Brevo**
– **Pipedrive**
– **Shopify**
– **WhatsApp**
– **Make**
– **Konfipay**
– **Lexoffice**
– **Flixcheck**
– Ability to work independently and provide proactive solutions.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and understand our business needs.
– Flexibility to adapt and suggest new tools or methods that enhance our workflow.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience in automating complex workflows and multi-step processes.
– Familiarity with additional automation tools and software that may benefit our business.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
