I am looking for an expert to develop a desktop application for me. The tool will be for my personal use for financial management. Specifically I need the following capabilities in it:

1. Ability to fetch data from 3rd party APIs
2. Ability to produce visualizations/charts
3. Ability to do mathematical computations

If you have good experience and expertise in building such tools, please share your proposal. You need not be a finance expert as I will be providing you with all those inputs.
