We are looking for an Expert Backend Developer to play a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge application designed to automate business expenses tracking for solopreneurs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend systems, APIs, and working with financial data.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable and robust backend services.
Integrate various financial data sources and third-party services, particularly the Plaid API.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Optimize the application for maximum speed and efficiency.
Requirements:

Strong experience in backend development with a focus on financial applications.
Expertise in server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Proficient in using and integrating the Plaid API and other financial data services.
Experience with OpenAI models and their implementation in financial contexts.
Ability to handle complex data structures and algorithms.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work quickly.

Hourly Range: $40.00-$70.00
