We are seeking an experienced web developer to join our team, responsible for creating and optimizing high-quality websites and landing pages. The ideal candidate should be proficient with multiple modern CMS systems, capable of coding when necessary, and skilled in optimizing sites to meet Google PageSpeed Insights standards. A strong understanding of SEO best practices is essential. And, ability to implement AI Chat Bots and other automation practices for websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and design websites and landing pages using the latest CMS technologies.
– Customize and code websites as needed to meet specific client requirements.
– Optimize websites for speed and performance, ensuring high scores on Google PageSpeed Insights.
– Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and search engine rankings.
– Ensure all websites and landing pages are responsive and user-friendly across all devices.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the design and functionality align with campaign goals.
– Conduct regular site audits and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of websites and landing pages.
– Proficiency with multiple CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, etc.).
– Strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
– Experience with website optimization tools and techniques to meet Google PageSpeed Insights standards.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
– Ability with the AI Chat Bot and other automation system implementations
– Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.).
Knowledge of digital marketing and UX/UI design principles.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
