The app will serve as a central hub for tracking project progress, maintaining drawing histories, sharing site photos, managing materials, recording meeting summaries, and integrating with biometrics for staff time tracking. It will feature a client-accessible interface for project oversight and budget tracking, along with a system for alerting on payment discrepancies. The app will also include a feature for summarizing project discussions from WhatsApp chats. This project aims to streamline the workflow for architects, staff, and clients over the typical two-year lifecycle of architectural projects.
