1. Collaborate with our team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design, develop, and deploy custom Retool applications to meet our business needs.
3. Integrate Retool applications with our existing databases and APIs (e.g., Mongodb ).
4. Ensure secure data handling and compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Provide documentation and training for non-technical team members on using the Retool applications.
6. Perform maintenance and update applications as needed to add new features or fix issues.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in developing applications with Retool.
2. Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration.
3. Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend development frameworks is a plus.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members from various departments.
8. Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
