We’re a boutique paid advertising agency that specializes in B2B and SaaS paid advertising. We’re looking for a part time/contract designer with high level skill that can create conversion optimized and beautiful landing pages for our clients.

We take our work extremely seriously. This isn’t an entry role. We’re looking for a candidate with a catalogue of really high level landing pages for B2B and SaaS companies.

The work would be as needed and flexible with at least 2 days turnaround for creatives. Also the potential for a long term partnership and even fulltime work.

REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 2 years of experience designing ads and lead magnet creatives for B2B and SaaS clients
– Must provide examples of design work done for B2B clients (this is required)
– Must be proficient in conversion optimization for landing pages
– Must be available on Slack between 9:30-5:30 EST
– Extremely strong understanding of typography and color theory
– Attention to detail is a must.
– Ability to hand off projects to developers and review their work for both design
– Experience testing UX and design features

Skills/Scope of Work
– At least 2 years experience designing ads and lead magnet creatives for Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
– Ability to optimize ad creatives for high conversion rates
– Understanding of and effective exploitation of ad placements
– Ability to mobile optimize pages using site speed tests
– Ability to conduct conversion optimization audits of websites/landing pages
