We are Xylobit LLC, and we are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our team for The Community Project (TCP). Our mission is to develop a comprehensive system that connects people in need with providers offering various types of aid. The system will include a high-speed telephone answering system, a website, and cloud-based data management.

Project Requirements:

High-Speed Telephone Answering System:

Develop a cloud-based AI-powered IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.
Integration with the website and mobile app for seamless data flow.

Website Development:

Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website with features for aid search, provider information, and donation tracking.
Integration of search functionalities, data entry programs, and donation tracking.
Use of modern web technologies for speed and reliability.

Cloud Data Management:

Deployment on AWS or Azure for scalability and security.
Real-time data updates and backups.
Secure access controls and data encryption.
Mobile Application:

Development for both smart and basic phones.
Voice-to-text software for easy data entry.

Dashboard Creation:

Create a comprehensive dashboard to display aid request totals, provider contributions, and funding gaps.
Real-time data visualization and reporting features.
Data Entry Modules:

Development of data entry modules for Aid Types and Providers, including add, edit, and delete functions.
Includes validation and security features.

Messaging System:

Implementation of a messaging system to notify clients and providers of their inclusion in aid requests.
Includes email and SMS integration.
Ads Management System:

Development of an ad management system to handle image uploads, size specifications, pricing, and content.
Admin interface for managing ads.

Jobs Listing and Display System:

Data entry and display system for available jobs.
Job search and filtering functionalities.
Required Skills:

Extensive experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend)
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Experience with AI and natural language processing
Strong understanding of database design and management
Proficiency with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.)
Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with non-profit or community service projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
