We’re seeking a seasoned e-commerce design consultant with strong Figma proficiency to conduct a comprehensive audit of our online store’s user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). The goal is to identify friction points, improve usability, and ultimately boost conversions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Thorough UX Audit: Evaluate our site’s navigation, information architecture, product pages, checkout process, and overall visual design.
Data-Driven Recommendations: Utilize analytics and heatmapping tools (if available) to support findings and suggest actionable optimizations based on user behavior.
Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze typical customer paths and pinpoint areas for improvement.
UI Enhancement: Recommend changes to design elements (color, layout, CTAs) to boost engagement and ease of use.
Figma Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma to visualize proposed solutions.
Best Practices Application: Ensure alignment with current e-commerce design best practices.
Detailed Summary Report: Provide a clear report of findings and suggested improvements, along with estimated impact.
Required Qualifications:

Proven e-commerce UX/UI Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in auditing and optimizing e-commerce websites.
Figma Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery in creating wireframes, designs, and interactive prototypes within Figma.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI improvement projects, with emphasis on work created in Figma.
Strong Communication: Ability to clearly explain recommendations and collaborate with our team.
Understanding of Conversion Optimization: Familiarity with tactics to increase sales and reduce cart abandonment.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using website analytics and heatmapping tools.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$30.00
