We are seeking a highly skilled Django backend developer to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an HR evaluation tool. This tool will leverage LinkedIn scraped data to generate comprehensive analytical dashboards for companies, showcasing key HR metrics and enabling detailed comparisons.

Project Overview:
Our HR evaluation MVP aims to analyze LinkedIn data about individuals from specific companies to create an insightful dashboard. The primary features will include:

– Data Aggregation: Scraping LinkedIn to gather information on individuals from various companies (using data providers for scraped data).
– Metrics Calculation: Analyzing the data to generate key metrics such as hiring rates, job types, and more.
– Taxonomy Classification: Categorizing individuals into relevant taxonomies for better insights.
– Comparative Analysis: Enabling comparisons of these metrics against other companies.

Responsibilities:
– Develop the backend of the MVP using Django.
– Implement efficient data scraping and aggregation techniques.
– Design and develop APIs to support frontend functionalities.
– Integrate data analysis tools to compute various HR metrics.
– Ensure proper taxonomy classification of individuals based on their job roles.
– Create a robust database schema to manage and query large datasets.
– Develop comprehensive documentation for the backend processes.
– Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Django backend developer.
– Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
– Experience with RESTful API development.
– Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
– Knowledge of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL preferred).
– Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Experience with version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in SaaS or related projects (please describe)
– Knowledge of machine learning and data classification techniques.
– Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
– Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) for better collaboration.
