We are seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to optimize our clients’ websites in the energy consultancy space, focusing on lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRO and consultancy within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough website audits to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement effective CRO strategies for increased lead generation.
Execute A/B testing and user feedback initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze website data and user behavior to provide data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRO.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CRO Expert with a focus on lead generation.
Background in consultancy within the energy sector is a must.
Proficient in CRO tools, analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$44.00
