Scope of Work

• Analyze existing data structure and content from the specified tabs.
• Identify relevant data points for dashboard creation.
Dashboard Design and Development:
• Design an intuitive and visually appealing dashboard layout.
• Implement functionality to switch between 16 different locations and months.
• Create dynamic charts and graphs to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Develop a monthly trend analysis component to identify patterns and performance variations.
Dashboard Functionality:
• Ensure smooth navigation and data filtering capabilities.
• Implement clear and concise labelling for data points and visualizations.
Testing and Refinement:
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
• Gather feedback to incorporate necessary improvements.
• Provide clear documentation and instructions for dashboard usage.
Deliverables
• A fully functional Excel dashboard meeting the specified requirements.
• Detailed documentation outlining dashboard functionality, data sources, and calculations.

Assumptions and Dependencies
• I will provide access to the Excel workbook containing the necessary data.
