I am looking for an Excel for Mac Expert with knowledge of Shopify integration to help me further develop and improve my current Inventory Management Excel spreadsheet for my small jewelry business. Experience doing this for other small/mid-size brands (ideally jewelry brands) would be preferred. I need help with making my current workbook as efficient and easy to use as possible, and ideally having a tab that can extract information from the worksheets for uploading to Shopify. Very open to and wanting suggestions on how to improve my current system as well.

Other details:

– Would like a quick turn around within 1 week

– Based on what needs to be done will determine whether this project is hourly or fixed rate.

– Needs to be expert in Excel for MAC (which I know has certain limitations compared to Excel for Windows). 5+ years experience preferred.

– Good communication is required (if you/I have a question, the other party is able to respond quickly)

– Looking to apply complex formulas (or other tools) that are beyond basic level

-This is a one-time job, but *may* lead to something further on occasion. It is hard to say since I don’t know what you will ‘bring to the table’ yet.

– Experience in building inventory management systems for other small/mid-size brands is desired (ideally jewelry brands)

– I would like to have a video call first where I can walk you through the current workbook so you can see where it’s at, and you can then let me know if you are able to take it where it needs to go, and able to offer suggestions for improvement. If hired, I will supply the file.
