Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova alleged that the EU’s latest loan for Ukraine – 60 billion euros towards military and 30 billion towards budget support – would only be stolen by those at the top of the Kiev government, in a press briefing from Moscow on Thursday.
