ABOUT THE APP/PLATFORM:
– IT Technicians can use our Electron JS Remote Desktop Application to accept jobs and remote into a clients computer mac/windows cross platform. They can also use the text chat or voice chat within the desktop app.
– iPhone/android technician can accept jobs and video chat with clients and message text/video chat
– iPhone android – consumer – can submit tickets for support and talk audio / video chat with technician
– website react native – same features as above.
– admin panel – can edit categories and jobs and view all customers and view all technicians
