Website Management
Ensure our Shopify website is running smoothly with no technical issues or downtime
Manage installation and removal of apps and integrations as needed
Oversee website design and UI/UX, implementing upgrades to improve user experience
Manage SEO optimization including keyword research, content strategy, link building etc.
Marketing & Analytics
Analyze performance data across all advertising channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google Analytics)
Optimize ad campaigns, audiences, creatives etc. to improve ROAS
Conduct A/B tests and identify areas for improvement in user flows
Report on key metrics and share actionable insights with the team
Team & Vendor Management
Oversee and manage all eCommerce subcontractors and agencies
Ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and to standards
Identify needs for additional staff or vendor support as required
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years managing a high-revenue Shopify eCommerce store ($1M+)
Strong background in luxury fashion eCommerce
Expertise with Shopify apps, customizations and third-party integrations
Proven experience driving growth through paid advertising channels
Excellent data analysis abilities to optimize website and marketing performance
Outstanding project management and vendor management capabilities
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a remote position, but we are looking for a highly experienced eCommerce professional who can take full ownership of our online store operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical, marketing and management skills to continuously improve our website and maximize sales growth.
Hourly Range: $30.00-$60.00
