RePan.ch specialises in selling refurbished and newly coated pans, as well as recoating old pans, raclette grills, rice cooker pots, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist (remote) who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to facilitate online transactions with the goal of increasing conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and coordinate with external service providers to achieve your objectives.
Main Responsibilities
– Maintain and enhance the Webshop (WooCommerce) and relevant plugins.
– Optimise customer journey sales funnels (ecommerce & repair service), website UX based on data and testing and conversion tracking (Google Analytics)
– Maintain and enhance backend operations and related processes.
– Implement best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Optional Responsibilities
– Create and edit product content for publication on the website and shop.
– Provide support and coordinate with external service providers in Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, and Paid Social Media.
Your profile
– Proven experience in e-commerce.
– Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
– Familiarity with web design and meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Analytical mindset and ability to multitask effectively.
– Knowledgeable in e-commerce marketing strategies and website builders.
– Proficient in online sales strategies and tactics for digital sales and website conversions.
– Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

First task
In order to find a good candidate for this role, we’d like to test the collaboration. Please make us an offer based on this first task:
We also offer to recoat the customers’ products. This service model needs a converting landing page/sales page/product page, for an easier customer journey. It aims to replace /gastro and /pfanne-neu-beschichten. This is the goal:
1. Customers find all servicing products, prices and can enter the amounts to see the expected costs.
2. During checkout, the customer can choose between bring-in, only shipping it back or ordering a pick-at-home
3. if the pick at home was selected, then the customer gets redirected after the checkout to the pick@home form to choose the desired date for the pickup.
The following has to be kept in mind:
– We also have a web shop in place that already uses paid, unpaid, processing and shipped states that have different E-Mail texts in them.
– Currently there is a setting, that if a normal order has been put into the shipped status, then a review reminder is scheduled. since we will need to have multiple shipped statuses, that will need some adjustments as well.
-We already use plugins to add additional order statuses, order status rules and Mailpoet and customise WooCommerce emails
