New CCTV footage has emerged showing the moments before the fatal road accident in Delhi’s Dwarka, which claimed the life of 23-year-old Sahil Dhaneshra. The visuals indicate that a Scorpio SUV, allegedly driven by a minor, was over-speeding shortly before the collision. The footage, recorded near Lal Bahadur Shastri College on February 3, shows the SUV moving at high speed and narrowly missing a bus before veering across lanes.
