AS Publishing is a growing start-up specialized into spirituality, tarot and psychic stuff online.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our digital products from conception to launch. (E-book, newsletter, building membership space)

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products meet market needs and achieve business goals.

Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including concept creation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product development and successful product launches.

User Experience: Champion the user experience by defining and prioritizing features that enhance usability and satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions and optimize performance post-launch.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that milestones are met and that the product is delivered on time and within scope.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product over time.

Experience: minimum a year of experience in product management, preferably in a digital environment.

Skills:
Strong understanding of digital product development processes, including Agile methodologies.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
