This project aims to free up our representatives to focus on more complex client issues, thereby enhancing overall service quality and operational efficiency.
We have extensive client manuals, sales materials, and a wealth of email correspondence with clients that we will want to mine for the content of the chatbot. These resources will provide a rich foundation of knowledge to ensure the chatbot can deliver accurate and consistent responses.
While the initial deployment will be for internal use, we plan to expand the chatbot’s functionalities to be customer-facing over time, providing direct support to our clients.

1. Project Planning and Stakeholder Engagement: Define clear goals for the chatbot, involve stakeholders from relevant departments to ensure it meets all functional requirements and business objectives.
