We are seeking an experienced development agency to create a sophisticated cross-platform real estate app using React Native. The app will cater to both iOS and Android platforms and integrate multiple advanced features to provide a seamless user experience. We already have the UI/UX design ready to go in Figma, except the Admin Panel isn’t done yet. A firm with experience with real estate APIs that pull all home listings on the market like Zillow, HubSpot, Redfin, or realtor.com would be ideal since I think that is one of the more difficult things we need for the app.

Key Responsibilities:

API Integrations:

Zillow, HubSpot, or Similar: Pull available homes and property details.
Google Maps or Similar: Implement geo-search capabilities for property location and neighborhood analysis.

Core Features:

Home Search: For users to search for homes by variety of filters.
Geo-Search: For users to search for homes on the market.
Live Chat: Real-time communication with users.
Payment Gateway: Secure payment processing integration.
Application Submissions: For users to submit financial application for us to review.
E-Sign Integration: Facilitate electronic signing of documents.
Admin Panel: For backend calculations and data management.
User Authentication and Authorization: Secure login and user management.
Push Notifications: Real-time alerts and updates.

Design and User Experience:

UI/UX Design: Create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface.
Responsive Design: Ensure the app works seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.

Performance and Security:

Optimization: Ensure high performance and low latency.
Data Security: Implement security measures to protect user data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing cross-platform apps using React Native.
Strong portfolio of previous real estate app projects.
Expertise in API integration like Zillow, HubSpot, Google Maps, and payment gateways.
Experience with live chat, e-signature technology, and data management tools.
Familiarity with modern development practices and security standards.

Additional Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to provide ongoing support and maintenance post-launch.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Hourly Range: $18.00-$36.00
