I have the html / css for a website prepared, I need a PHP / JS developer to help me wire it up.

What the website does:

A network administrator can click on a button and check their compliance with a set of rules.

Example: If a school administrator clicks on CIPA, it checks if the network is appropriately blocking domains that correspond with CIPA.

Example: School should block Pornography. When the user clicks on CIPA, it does a dynamic request and checks if the domains is resolvable. If the domain is resolvable it fails, if it’s not, it passes. Every type of check has a series of domains that can be checked depending on the option chosen.

This would include building the front end JS and Backend, via PHP, if required. Something that needs to be accounted for is HTTPS.
