We need to develop a company dashboard/workspace that integrates our backend apps and links to job descriptions, tasks, KPI’s and procedures with simple login page. The idea is that employees login, and complete all work through the dashboard/desktop and phone (app), everything done is linked to a task that sits in someone’s "job" and is linked to a performance metric that is tracked/measured. If they cannot do what they need to do, they "request to add" which updates their "job" and tasks + documents it in procedures. This is logged in an AI of some sort that the company jobs/tasks/procures/metrics are learning as we work.
