We are an ad agency looking to develop a web app based on the open-source Meta Geo Lift code. This tool will allow users to upload a CSV file and receive an incrementality testing protocol based on their chosen test. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface similar to geomatcher.io but with more functionality, akin to haus.io or Measured, but simplified.

Key Features:

CSV Upload: Users can upload their data in CSV format.
Incrementality Testing Protocols: Automatically generate incrementality testing protocols based on the uploaded data and selected test type.
User-Friendly Interface: Clean, intuitive, and easy-to-navigate front end.
Enhanced Functionality: Offer more comprehensive options compared to geomatcher.io while maintaining simplicity.
Requirements:

Experience with Meta Geo Lift: Proven experience working with the Meta Geo Lift open-source code.
Data Science Rigor is a Must: Proficient in R Studio, Causal modeling foresting and more.
Web Development Skills: Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Data Handling: Strong ability to handle and process CSV files.
Incrementality Testing Knowledge: Understanding of incrementality testing concepts and protocols.
UI/UX Design: Ability to create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface.
API Integration: Experience in integrating third-party APIs as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with similar projects or tools in the marketing/advertising tech space.
Ability to provide ongoing support and updates post-launch.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Deliverables:

Fully functional web app as described above.
Documentation for both users and developers.
