I need an automation done that automates the process of texting outbound and inbound leads with a sequence of questions as they answer.

Currently, I have a google voice number which is connected to the real estate platform APPFOLIO, which is connected to marketing platforms like apartments.com.

When somebody calls the number, my google voice number rings, and it gets forwarded to my real phone number.

What happens is – I get way too many calls to be able to answer all of them, and it would be so easy if instead of me needing to manually text everybody, if an opening text and a sequence of text messages after that, qualifying the prospect, were sent so that the appointment is booked for me.

So – when someone calls my google voice number and my phone number rings, a different number neds to send out a sequence of text messages to the prospect, and I must be able to see these conversations and respond accordingly.

There is a second part to this – outbound.

I get hundreds of emails which contain phone numbers for prospects inquiring about specific apartment buildings. Instead of me having to go through and manually text and call all of these leads, it would be better if – as soon as someone inquired and I got the email – it sends out a text message sequence to that person, with personalization such as the building they’re inquiring about and their name.
