I’m looking to build a prototype for a no-code platform for video-only customer support.

The purpose of the platform should be for clients to log in and be able to create support ticket but with video only, no text conversation! Clients should be able to record a video and explain their problem. I need to be able to respond with video.
You can think of this like a mix of Slack and Zendesk but with video-only communication.  

Here are the main feature requitrements I can think of at the momnent:

First version:
– User Management and User Login
– Create tickets/cases
– Each case needs to set a status (open, in progress, etc.)
– Technical limit for different number of cases per user per month (e.g. max 5, 10 or 20 cases per user)
– Video recording (record webcam and screen)
– Send email notification to user when new video is avilable

Second version:
– Payment Integration
– Book additional cases
– Calendly Integration to book 1:1 calls
– Star review for each case

IMPORTANT:
I would like this to be developed using as many no-code tools as possible, no custom development.
