Project Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled blockchain developer with expertise in smart contract development and financial applications to help us implement Phase 1 of our project to digitize share certificates for our shareholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a secure, efficient, and regulatory-compliant system on a blockchain platform that enables the issuance and authentication of digital share certificates exclusively for our existing shareholders.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to understand our specific needs and requirements for digital share certificates.
Recommend the most suitable blockchain platform considering security, scalability, and compliance needs.
Design and develop smart contracts for issuing, managing, and authenticating digital share certificates.
Implement a secure and user-friendly interface for shareholders to access their digital certificates.
Ensure the system complies with relevant financial and securities regulations, including KYC and AML compliance.
Conduct thorough testing and security audits of the smart contracts and overall system to identify and rectify vulnerabilities.
Provide detailed documentation for the system architecture, smart contracts, and user guide for shareholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in blockchain development, with a portfolio of projects in financial applications.
Strong proficiency in smart contract programming languages, such as Solidity (if using Ethereum) or relevant languages for the chosen blockchain platform.
In-depth knowledge of cryptographic security measures and best practices in blockchain application security.
Experience with regulatory compliance in financial applications, particularly in the securities domain.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our internal team and provide clear documentation.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver a secure, efficient solution within the project timeline.
