We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a dynamic website comprising four main pages (Homepage, Featured Insights, Contact Us, Registered User Space) and several temporary pages (e.g., Registration, Payment). The website will integrate a LLM (Large Language Model) for interactive user engagement, backed by a back-end system including a registered user database and document database on a VPS (that the LLM needs to read).

Front-End Requirements:
– Homepage: Must feature a navigation bar with multilanguage plugin, a prominent chat window for LLM interactions with history and hint questions (similar to ChatGPT), a topic selection dropdown, and a section for featured articles.
– Featured Insights: A layout supporting unlimited paging for articles, each with a standard format.
– Contact Us: A standard contact form linked to an email address.
Registered User Space: Displays user details (username, first name, last name, email), subscription status, referral link and bonus,
– Temporary Pages: Including user registration with validation checks, category selection for free or premium users, and a secure payment gateway.

Back-End Requirements:
– User Database: To manage user profiles, validate emails, handle payments via PayPal, and track user activity.
– Document Database: Storage for PDF and Word documents accessible by the LLM.
– LLM Integration: Flexible in open or closed-source options, capable of processing large quantity of documents (more than thousands for pdf and word documents) in multiple languages, and providing tiered user access to information.

Additional Specifications:
– WordPress: Preferred for ease of future content updates by the project owner.
– Python: Required for back-end development.
– Global Access: The solution must be accessible globally, including regions with restrictions on some closed source LLMs such as ChatGPT.
– Delivery and Training: Complete handover of deliverables with training for the project owner on deployment and minor code adjustments.
– Intellectual Property: All developed codes will be the sole property of the project owner.
