adminwe are a new brand from the german real estate branch. Currently we want to automate a document, that helps us actually document any flaw with an apartment as an investment, bought by small-income investors.
Long story short: Customers buys apartment through our all-inclusive service in order to build wealth within 10 years. The apartment needs to be rented out in order to use tax-benefits in germany. The condition of the apartments varies and is often used and old, which is advantegous for our tax-writeoff system.
Therefore we provide a PDF document (like attached) for each customer that helps them see in which condition their apartment is, how many sockets it has, the monthly calculation, which flaws it has like dirty walls or old doors and each flaw has an assigned payout amount in Euro that will be paid out to customers when they buy the apartment as a renovation reserve. It can be used as soon as the current tenant leaves the apartment.
So the Automation should help us:
– Insert the Images for each room (living room, bathroom…)
– Insert the Number / Cost for the flaw and the reserve amount
– Show the correct "condition level" (A, B, C, D)
– Insert the Calculation Numbers
– Insert the JPG/PNG floor plan
– Number of Sockets
– Type of heating system
– Which "service" is included (sometimes yes, sometimes no)
