We need a custom CRM to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and fuel our business growth. Right now, emails, spreadsheets, and a patchwork of tools keep us juggling enquiries, orders, and vendors.

The main issues:

• Manual work: We waste hours on repetitive tasks like answering enquiries, generating invoices, chasing orders adding info to Google sheets etc
• Information silos: Data lives scattered across various tools, making it hard to get a holistic view of the business.
• Limited scalability: Our current system can’t handle our growth ambitions. We need a CRM that can scale with us.

What we are after:

• Automation: We need a developer who’s not just a coding wizard, but also a creative problem solver. You’ll help us automate workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and boost efficiency.
• Integration expert: You’ll seamlessly integrate our existing tools (WooCommerce, HelpWise, QuickBooks, etc.) into the CRM, creating a unified data hub.
• Custom CRM: We’re open to building a custom solution around existing software to speed up development and save costs. Can you make it happen?
