We are looking for a software developer that has experience developing applications for Blackmagic ATEM software.

The program can run on Windows or Mac.

We need to create a software that will automatically choose input on switcher based on movement. If the software detects movement on one camera, it switches to that camera. There is also a default camera that the system will switch to if no movement is detected, or if movement is detected in multiple cameras.

Please bid only if you have experience developing solutions that integrate with the ATEM software. Please provide sample/links to such software in your bid.

Also, please describe what software/mechanisms you will use for the motion detection.

Please provide a realistic range of hours to develop a program like this.
