We need to stand up a Customer Success Platform and own both HubSpot and Vitally. The Vitally platform has proven to be very ineffective to work with due to their broken API and our ability to get data into the system. We need help with designing the dashboard mocks ups, Data custom objects and either customize HubSpot to be this platform for our CSM’s or make Vitally work. We have 50 % maturity of requirements done. We have all the data available in csv format from our product platform and Zendesk we use for support. We also have calculations requirements completed for how to score health of the customer. The most important thing is for us to be able to implement a customer c360 dashboard

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
