Description:
We need an experienced hardware and firmware designer to urgently develop a multi-communication box. The device must support LoRaWAN, 4G/5G, Bluetooth, and satellite communication, connect to various sensors, support common I/O interfaces, and ensure secure, encrypted data transmission, edge processing, and local data storage. This project must be completed within two weeks.

Scope of Work:

Hardware Design:

Microcontroller selection (ARM Cortex-M series or similar)
Integration of communication modules: LoRaWAN, 4G/5G, Bluetooth, Satellite
Design I/O interfaces: GPIO, ADC, DAC, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus, Ethernet, USB
Power management system
Edge processing and storage capabilities
Firmware Development:

Embedded Linux or lightweight RTOS (FreeRTOS)
Communication stacks for all modules
Sensor data handling and edge analytics
Implementation of security protocols (TLS/SSL)
Local storage management
Casing Design:

Durable, weather-resistant material (polycarbonate, ABS plastic, aluminum)
IP67/IP68 rating for water and dust resistance
Compact and rugged form factor
Sealed connectors and external/internal antenna design
Prototyping:

PCB design and fabrication
Firmware development and testing
3D printing for casing prototypes
Integration and field testing
Compliance with industry standards (FCC, CE, RoHS)
Deliverables:

Complete hardware schematics and PCB layout
Functional firmware with secure communication
Rugged casing design ready for manufacturing
Working prototypes with comprehensive testing reports
