Project Description:

We are a local and leading water damage restoration and sewage cleanup company in St. Louis, MO, US with ONLY 5 star reviews on Google.

We are now seeking a skilled freelancer to create high-converting landing pages for our Google Ads campaigns.

We will provide the content but will need your expertise to decide on the final copy.

There will be sections where we require stock images.

Project Goals:

Generate phone call inquiries for 2 of our main services (and keywords) water damage restoration and sewage cleanup services.

Target audience: People in the Missouri, St. Louis, US area searching for "water damage restoration" or "sewage cleanup".

Landing Page Requirements:

Two sets of landing pages will be needed (5 pages each):

Focus Keyword: Water/Flood Damage

Focus Keyword: Sewage Cleanup

Each landing page will follow the PASTOR copywriting method:

Problem: Clearly identify the specific problem (water damage or sewage backup).

Amplify: Emphasize the potential consequences of neglecting the problem.

Solution: Highlight Rapid Dry’s expertise, technology, and fast response time.

Transformation: Describe the positive outcome after using Rapid Dry’s services.

Offer: Emphasize the 24/7 availability and quick response time.

Response: Include a strong Call to Action (CTA) prompting users to call for immediate assistance.

Landing pages should be mobile-responsive and visually appealing.

Should be keyword focused;

Design inspiration can be drawn from competitor references:

Freelancer Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating high-converting landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.

MUST HAVE: strong understanding of landing page CRO best practices.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices;

Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on clear and persuasive messaging – We will provide the copy to follow the PASTOR framework but we need the freelancer to be familiar with the PASTOR copywriting method.

Ability to communicate and work effectively within deadlines.

Conversion tracking is a MUST on all CTA buttons;

We will need heatmaps and recordings installed as well;

Budget: Please specify your hourly rate or project quote in your proposal.

Timeline: This project requires at least 1 landing page to be completed by Wednesday of next week. The other 9 pages will follow the same design;

Additional Information:

We will provide the freelancer with all necessary information and brand assets.

Please note: Only freelancers with relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.

Please include in your proposal the following: your portfolio, hourly rate/project costs and what platforms would you suggest running the landing pages on.
