Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Designer to join our team in developing innovative websites for both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients for a new pharmaceutical product. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique needs and compliance requirements of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop engaging, user-friendly websites tailored for HCPs and patients.
– Ensure all designs are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
– Create responsive website designs that offer a seamless experience across various devices and platforms.
– Implement accessible web design principles to ensure the websites are usable by people with a range of disabilities (WCAG compliance)
– Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to translate their requirements into compelling designs.
– Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to create high-fidelity prototypes and visual assets.
– Continually update and optimize the websites based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
– Strong experience in responsive web design and accessible web design.
– Knowledge of best practices in web design for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects, preferably in healthcare or related fields.

Desired Qualifications (but not mandatory):
– Experience in digital marketing or branding for pharmaceutical products.
– Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to effective web design.
