Objective:
Design and launch a no-code SaaS application for shift-based businesses, featuring seamless communication, inventory tracking, training and onboarding, task management, time clock, company calendars, and a shared CRM for contacts and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Design: Create a user-friendly and visually appealing interface using Figma.
• Platform Development: Utilize no-code tools such as Softr.io and Bubble to build the application.
• Automation Integration: Implement automation using Make.com or similar platforms.
• Feature Integration: Incorporate task checklists, time tracking, shared CRM, and more.
• Testing and Iteration: Conduct thorough testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Launch and Post-Launch Support: Ensure a smooth launch and provide ongoing support and updates.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in no-code development tools (Softr.io, Figma, Bubble, etc.)
• Experience with automation platforms (Make.com or alternatives)
• Understanding of SaaS applications and the needs of shift-based businesses
• Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences
