To create an interactive HTML email for clients of a veterinary clinic. The AMP email will allow clients to leave feedback from within the email leaving a score of 1 to 5 paws (stars). All results are sent back to a Google Spreadsheet with a dashboard where staff can see the average rating in addition to the data from each recipient.

HTML code can be inserted into our practice management software as a communication template where we can automate this email to send to clients an hour after attending and appointment.

If the client leaves 4 or 5 stars, then they are thanked for leaving a review and prompted to leave a Google review

If the client leaves 1, 2 or 3 stars, they are thanked for their feedback. An alert email is to be sent to our general email inbox with details of the client (using hidden fields?) to trigger our team to reach out to the client for more information.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
