Following two significant arrests in the previous 48 hours, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has discovered a far more diabolical terror plan as the investigation into the Delhi blast continues. Sources said that before switching to car bombs, the suspects had originally intended to carry out rocket bomb assaults around Delhi and other high-security areas.
