adminWe are developing our own in house Spa Management software. Initially focused on creating an MVP, this role is instrumental in ensuring robust data management for features like online bookings and client records.
Responsibilities:
– Design and manage the database architecture for the MVP.
– Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the database.
– Collaborate with developers for seamless integration and data consistency.
– Monitor and optimize database performance.
– Handle data backups, recovery plans, and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
– Strong experience with MongoDB and other database technologies.
– Proven track record in database design and management.
– Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
– Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Availability will need to be across Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), 9am – 5pm. This is a remote position, however will require daily attendance at 15 minute stand up meetings to ensure project timeframes are met.
