The primary focus of this role will be to migrate data from WordPress to a scalable database solution, as well as integrating multiple large databases into a cohesive system. While we are interested in continuing to use WordPress as a CMS, we aim to utilize a different database solution for enhanced scalability. Experience with integrating databases with WordPress would be highly beneficial. Must have a database in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess current database infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for migrating data from WordPress to a scalable database solution.
Design and implement efficient database schemas and query optimization techniques.
Integrate multiple large databases to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimize database performance accordingly.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for database systems.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL programming and/or another database and database management.
Strong understanding of database design principles and optimization techniques.
Experience with WordPress database management is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (English is a must).

Additional Information:
Company hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST. However, the selected candidate is not required to work these hours but must overlap by at least 15-20 hours per week.
