I have a custom built WordPress website that I would like to have optimised. Below is what I need the website to do. I would be happy to discuss it more in depth over a phone call if necessary. (see attached word doc for better formatting)

I would like to have it hold up to 100,000 products. To do this, I would like to integrate an SQL database so that I can continue to add products and it doesn’t compromise the speed of the website.
Each product in the database needs be able to document the following:
Name
Brand
Price
Ingredients
OPTIONAL When you are looking at a ‘similar product’ – it highlights which ingredients both products have so you can see where it is similar. Similar to the compare feature on https://incidecoder.com/compare-products/olaplex-no-9/aveda-botanical-repair-strengthening-overnight-serum
The database will have hundreds of thousands of ingredients so there will be a lot of data being stored and I need the website to pass all speed tests (in particular the one from Google)
Tags (eg Sugar Free)
Category (eg Beans, Spreads etc)
Website link (link to buy the product)

Each product will have an image with it – I would love to automate this. Currently they are created in canva and then saved to my desktop and then I upload them to wordpress, copy the link from WordPress and then add the link to the spreadsheet so the image appears.

I am currently recording all products on a Google Sheet which I am constantly updating – it would be amazing if I could connect that to an SQL database so if I update the price or ingredients, it automatically updates on my website. I have purchased a WordPress plugin that allows me to update the products on my website through the Google Sheet but I haven’t been able to test if it works

Have the website be able to hold 100,000 visitors a month (I am not sure if it currently does this but would like this updated / added)

Build in a recommendation engine (Natural Language Processing / AI / Machine Learning)  that compares the product ingredients and finds the most similar product based on ingredients in the database. It then lists the top 6 products in order of similarity (similar to Netflix movie recommendations).

I would like to update the product listing page based on some designs I have put together. I would also like this page to be created so that I can update the design myself (small text changes) without breaking anything.

When you search for a product and nothing appears, I would like to update the text so it prompts users to go to the contact us page

On this, if people search something that does not appear on the website, I would like to see what they are searching for in a database or google sheet so I can actively add those products

THIS ONE IS OPTIONAL – I have purchased the Sintra AI bots and would like to integrate a fair few of them with my website.
THIS ONE IS OPTIONAL: Geotagging – so the website can recognise what country the user is in and show the price in their currency
THIS ONE IS OPTIONAL: Security audit on the website – I would like to have some protection from hackers etc
THIS ONE IS OPTIONAL: I am not sure if it is possible, but I would love to add a banner to products that were added that month and then have the banner disappear at the end of the month (so I don’t have to manually remove the banner)

At the moment, I am experiencing a few issues with the website which is preventing growth. It would be amazing if these could be fixed as well:
I am constantly directed to a 404 page when I try to do something on WordPress backend – when I refresh the page and try again it is fine, but the 404 page is quite annoying.
It would be amazing if you could stress test the website to eliminate any of those 404 pages or create a report so I can see when they are happening
When someone searches for a product, if they include the brand name, no results show up. I would like to fix the search bar so if I search “Kraft Vegemite” – because it contains the brand name, nothing will come up even if the product is in the database.

Happy for the price to be negotiable, I just want to be guaranteed that the above tasks (minus optional ones) will be completed in a reasonable timeframe and the website will be fully functional:
Users can search for a product on my website
They can view product details and view the most similar products based on ingredients.
The most similar products are sorted by similarity (so the highest percentage match appears first in the list)
The similarity % needs to be dynamic, it updates based on the ‘original’ product searched on my website

In the next year or so, I will want to do a website rebuild and include new pages with dynamic content and a few other modifications so I am keeping an eye out for someone who is interested.
