I’m building an AI customer service chatbot that needs to communicate with cloud-based appointment scheduling software (which I don’t have API access to).

Use-case scenario:
Customer communicates preferred date and time to chatbot
Chatbot sends request to automation tool
Automation tool looks up next available date and sends output back to the chatbot
Customer accept or denies the available date.
Automation tool books appointment.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$45.00
