We are looking to develop a robust Point of Sale (POS) and franchise management software. The system should streamline our operations, improve customer service, and provide comprehensive management capabilities for our franchises. We are seeking experienced developers or development teams with a strong background in POS systems, franchise management software, and the food and beverage industry.

Project Objectives:
• Develop a POS System: Create a user-friendly and efficient POS system for in-store and online orders.
• Franchise Management: Build a comprehensive franchise management module to streamline franchise operations.
• Integration and Scalability: Ensure the system is scalable and can integrate with existing systems (e.g., accounting, inventory management).
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide robust reporting and analytics features for performance tracking and decision making.

NOTE: – We want to build an End-to-End product (POS & Franchise Management) so we don’t want a company, who we onboard and then in future they start charging for the small feature addition by saying it was not in Scope. Please bid only if you agree to this and have capability to deliver an End-to-End Products at the end without creating unnecessary
Certainly, we’ll define and freeze the scope at the start but down the line if we find something which we missed, it needs to be developed, we are paying for the Usable end product. Only bid if you agree to this.

Shortlisting and Finalization Process:
– We are looking for an agency not individual freelancer.
– We’ll review the proposal and if we find the AI generated proposal it’ll be deleted, so better read and understand the requirement and bid accordingly.
– We’ll shortlist the company who provide an insight about the approach they’ll follow.
– We’ll shortlist the company who shares with us the clear list of deliverables in the proposal along with approximate time and cost (Certainly, this will not be final but a ball park figure.)
– Once we shortlist the companies, we’ll have a meeting with them and provide complete requirement of project.
– After that, we’ll finalize by considering Cost, Time, Technical Capability and Flexibility.
