For this project, you’ll be building the FRONT END UI combined with your code to present a GUI Admin Panel that allows changing of MySQL fields, reading of current, values.  

The Panel will also read and parse XML SiteMaps for URL data and  the heart of the Admin Panel is the "CSS SELECTOR" which allows a way to view the CSS selectors on a given page and compare them to known list of known CSS Selectors to determine if our App is missing key CSS selectors.  Details of this will be revealed but this is the level of expertise you’ll need.

Payment is estimated based on Various Revisions and Milestones of the project.  You’ll be paid at each successful Milestone  on go-forward basis as your App progresses.  

As your TOOL becomes more mature, you’ll write more and more  intelligence to filter CSS selectors, and provide a robust UI/UX to allow Low-Level Admins rights to administer certain portions of the Database without worry.

You’ll need to be available for periodic meetings and have insanely strong Internet.
