I need to be able to:
1. Add multiple links with the ability to manually enter
2. Add multiple levels and folders with custom naming
3.  Configure/organize bookmarks
4. Export the file
5. User can download and automatically place the bookmarks in their browser.

I need a tool that makes this easy. We do this at work but to export and import bookmarks is a hassel and time consuming.

I can explain further and might have some other requirements, but I can discuss if I find a competent developer.
