We have an existing web application (chatmgmt.com) that needs to be converted along with the below requirements. Please make sure to read the job description, blind applications without detailed review of the job description will be rejected.

Job requirements:

1) Develop a cross-desktop application using Electron.

2) Implement custom tabs functionality within the application.

3) Integrate custom webview components for rendering web content.

4) Ensure sessions are persistent across different webviews.

5) Enable the injection of custom JavaScript scripts into webviews.

6) Support configurable proxy settings for each webview instance.

7) Implement WebSocket communication with proxy support.

8) Allow injection of cookies and local storage data from the server into the webview.

9) Support multiple windows, each maintaining its own session.

10) Design the user interface using the React framework.

Must be able to speak and work with our development lead in India Saurabh. Must be fast and good at working together. Saurabh is a master developer & data scientist,  LLM, generative AI, neural networks focused on hyper parameter tuning professional as well as a architecture,  expert who will be leading the project. He is at capacity and we need someone that can work  next to him. Any blind applications submitted without reviewing the job description will be rejected. There will be a interview meeting and qualification requirements to insure only the best quality developer(s) are hired. Preferably a team of 2 full stack developers who meet the above qualifications.
