I am looking for someone to build out the client intake system for my accounting firm.
The current process would look as follows:
1. A lead is generated from the website or other form of contact.
2. A form is used to qualify the lead
3. A discovery call is scheduled
4. A pricing and options call is then scheduled
5. The agreement is finalized and signed
I need the person to integrate the CRM system with the proposal software that will be used and also understand that the proposal software will need to communicate to the practice management system.
I am open to suggestions on the CRM system and the proposal software- so long as it will plug in to the website and the practice management system that I plan to use.
