Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Software Engineer with experience in Salesforce or Zoho or similar to maintain, enhance, and expand our CRM system. The role includes developing new features, ensuring system scalability, and integrating the CRM with other platforms.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve our existing CRM system.
Develop new features and functionalities within the CRM.
Integrate the CRM with other software and platforms.
Ensure the CRM is scalable, robust, and secure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
Provide support and training to users as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
Proficiency in backend development with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar languages.
Experience in frontend development with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM integrations and API development.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation: Competitive salary, based on experience.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$100.00
